Day Three on the The Cambrian Way mountain trail 479 km (298 miles) with a total ascent of 22,460 m (73,700 ft). I think it could be Britain's hardest long distance trail. Its hard to say but looking at the map i think i started todays episode around the Mynydd Garnclochdy area i want give exact camping locations away. I was so wet from the rain all night i set about getting ready to walk around 4am just to keep warm. I was no risk at cold from the time of Year and in good health. So walked back up towards Mynydd Garnclochdy i think. The rain came back on top the hill. The rain was very bad so much so i could only see about couple of meters ahead what with the mist as well as the dark even with two powerful lights. By this time my cannon camera was destroyed by the weather i should know by now and my phone was useless take note people think phone navigation fine lucky i know this i used my garmin fenix3 gps watch with the track loaded onto so i knew i was heading in the general dir...

2. The Cambrian Way Lightening Rain wind storm OEX bush pro Bivvi slipped lost mat wet sleeping bag.

Day two on the The Cambrian Way mountain trail 479 km (298 miles) with a total ascent of 22,460 m (73,700 ft). I think it could be Britain's hardest long distance trail. I was in the OEX bush pro bivvi with a light weight summer mat and a summer mountain Mountain Equipment sleeping bag. In the early hours the rain started and then came the lightening i was around 300 meters high on a ridge. I was not sure how far away the lightening was as there was no typical bangs alot the time but it looked very close. The dark sky light up like a giant camera flash. My sleeping got wet from the strong rain but was still ok for another night in the Bivvi. In the morning i set of over the Caerphilly train tunnel by a disused quarry. Next town was Machen which has the last supermarket right on trail until Abergavenny. There is a COOP supermarket at Machen and Machen stores which is what i used. Last night i camped on the The Cambrian Way Britain's hardest long distance trail this part of it is also the Beacons way. First Coffee and a all day breakfast can. After getting the tent down i made my way along the The Cambrian Way (Beacons way) for a short while until a small path going down the steep side of the mountain. Care was needed this time of Year as it was all overgrown and hard to see where the big drops of the path was. After being stuck and covered in ticks maybe i got to a road in the end i could stayed up on the ridge on the  Cambrian Way (Beacon way). original plan was to walk back to Pandy  and catch the X3 stagecoach bus from there into Abergavenny. Plans change on a adventure or i make up the plans as i go along. Now i will be heading to Llanvihangel Crucorney.
